1、本机是一种用旋转滚筒的正反转作用，通过筛网，可以将潮湿的粉末原料研成颗粒之用，亦可以广泛用作粉碎已压了块子而为现成的颗粒之用。

2、在化学药品方面用作混合的粉末研成颗粒，烘干后压制片剂，又可以粉碎在贮藏期间而黏结成块的或在化学加工过程中所结成块的粉子。

3、它不适合于半固体、流质、浆状或磨碎之用。

工作原理：
 通过机械传动使滚筒往复摆动，将物料从筛网中挤出，制成颗粒或粉碎或快速整粒。

机件润滑：

1、本机使用自动润滑，使用中无需加油，但须经常注意，润滑系统的管路堵塞，随时察看机身上端的视孔中输油情况。

2、全部润滑用机油存储在减速器内，其存油量保持在油面线上（前面视线为红线）油质必须保持清洁，如经常使用，每隔三月换新油一次，在减速器下部机座上装有油塞，供放油之用。

保养说明：

1、定期检查机件，每月进行一次，检查蜗轮蜗杆、齿条、轴承等活动部分是否运转灵活和磨损情况。发现缺陷应及时修复，不得勉强使用。

2、机器应放在干燥清洁的室内使用，其空气中不得含有酸类以及其它对机件腐蚀性气体流动的场所使用，室内湿度不高于80度。

3、正常保持机器清洁，在一次使用完毕后或停工时，应取出旋转滚筒进行清洗和刷清斗内剩余粉子，然后装妥，为下次使用做好准备工作。

4、如停用时间较长，必须机器全身揩擦清洁。机件的光面涂上防锈油，用布篷罩好。
